   Step One:
   📱 Open your phone settings and head to the camera function.
   🔧 Change your ‘Record video’ settings to 1080p at 60 FPS.
   ✅ Ensure all other camera function settings are checked.
   
   Step Two:
   📸 Go to your Instagram profile homepage.
   🔍 Click the three lines in the top right corner, then ‘Settings and privacy.’
